BA, EdM (expected 2027)
Mental Health Intern

Hi everyone. I am currently pursuing my Ed.M in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University.

I believe therapy is about genuine human connection. To me, showing up with honesty, sincerity, and empathy is what creates a space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. I hope to bring a sense of warmth and authenticity into the therapeutic relationship, and to support clients as they explore their experiences and their stories.

Through my volunteer work in both the United States and China, I have supported individuals from diverse and often underserved communities. These experiences have shaped my commitment to meeting clients with openness and respect, and to doing my best to support each person in a way that feels helpful and relevant to them.

I take an integrative approach to therapy and believe that there is no one-size-fits-all model. I value collaboration and view therapy as a shared process, where we can work together to better understand your story and identify approaches that fit your needs.

Having lived in both China and the United States, I bring cultural sensitivity and awareness to my work, and I am able to provide therapy in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
