What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

Sometimes unexpected changes happen, and adjustments to one’s schedule are inevitable. Our cancellation and reschedule policy requests you provide at least 24 hours’ notice in order to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee.

What is the No Surprise Act?

The intake process occurs over 2–3 sessions. This helps us to determine suitability between a client’s needs and what we can offer as a practice. Once we have a better understanding of background and treatment goals, a therapist who best meets the clinical needs of the client will be assigned.

Our fees vary depending on clinician and availability. We do have some capacity to offer a sliding fee scale. This can be discussed with our Director of Clinical Services.
