Music Therapy
Music can play a role in many of our lives. It can be an escape, a relief, a container - it can be the words when we can't find them on our own. Music therapy, the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions in a therapeutic context, is a powerful way to process and create, by way of music listening, songwriting, instrument playing, improvisation, singing, and more. Music therapy can help strengthen one's abilities to transfer into other parts of their lives.
Talk Therapy
Talk Therapy is psychotherapy using the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client as well as evidence-based theories and skills to help clients navigate through life's challenges.
Art Therapy
In Art Therapy, our personal experience is acknowledged and validated through the naturally expressive and visible quality of art mediums. The way we feel and think will help determine which color, lines, shapes and imagery we draw. Art can help explore reality, imagination and metaphor. An image made today might look similar or different from an image created tomorrow as we encounter changes in emotion and situations. One of the hopeful qualities of art therapy is there is a way for everyone to achieve self-expression. Art therapy helps communication, reduces stress and improves well-being.
