Psychotherapy offers a special opportunity: a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves in a way that is both safe and collaborative. I approach this work with compassion and the belief that people are not problems to be solved, but resilient beings navigating complex and often challenging environments.
I am currently pursuing an Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. My background in psychology and public health research shapes my commitment to an approach that is not only evidence-based, but also relational, individualized, and culturally informed.
I pay close attention to how identity, culture, and belonging shape the narratives we carry – especially for those whose experiences haven’t always found clear mirrors in the world around them. A question I often return to is: What does it mean to show up for oneself holistically? In therapy, we can explore the parts of you that have helped you survive, and gently consider whether they still serve the life you’re building now.
My role is to meet you where you are, with care and without judgment. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where we move at a pace that honors your needs. Together, we can uncover insight, imagine new possibilities, and co-create the conditions for growth and healing.
