I believe psychotherapy is a humbling experience where you can form a deeper
connection and understanding of yourself. I aspire to thoroughly incorporate health and
mindfulness into my practice built on self-care through the interconnection of the mind and
body. Through awareness you can learn from past behaviors that no longer serve you and grow
into new habits that uplift you and others around you.
I believe each unique individual deserves to be seen and heard. As I work with a warm,
collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, I provide a customized experience for each client
and their needs. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating
disorders, low self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. The framework I incorporate is a
combination of Person Center Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic
Therapy, and various Mindfulness modalities.
I offer individual therapy in-person at The Pond office and online. Please feel free to call
or email for a free consultation. I would be delighted to speak with you.
