Ingrid believes that all aspects of an individual’s life play an important role in shaping their past, present, and future paths. She strives to help clients reframe their narrative and enhance self-congruency through the exploration of their relationships, culture, and personal history. Ingrid is passionate about and has previous experience working with children, adolescents, and adults battling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, life transitions, among other life stressors. 

 

Drawing from a person-centered integrative approach, she firmly believes in creating a warm and trusting environment in order to meet clients where they are. She empowers and supports her clients through their life journey. Ingrid received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Studies from Brown University.
