Hayley is a senior pursuing her BA in Psychology at New York University. She is interested in the advancement of early childhood development, with a focus on policy research, program evaluation, and advocacy. Teaching children’s coding workshops at an educational technology company and volunteering at child development centres in South Africa further elicited an interest in education and implementation science. Prior to joining The Pond, she led home visits to collect cross-cultural data on infant development for the NYU Play and Language Lab and authored feature articles for Teach for Hong Kong.

 

Hayley hopes to utilise her experience in written communications and her commitment to community-based work to support impactful mental health initiatives.
